Medline is seeking an on-site Branch Trainer in Katy, TX to ensure efficient order deliveries and proper use of warehouse equipment. The role trains new hires, coordinates training schedules, and supports continuous improvement across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current team member in role for 12+ months with strong performance.
• Proficient in SAP and Catalyst; able to read/write in English.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to train and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires during initial months to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate training schedules across shifts.
• Motivate and retrain underperforming staff.
• Mentor team on productivity, quality, safety and Medline values.
• Assist in maintaining safe warehouse environment and daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with branch management.
• Operate warehouse functions and equipment as directed.
• Support other areas (shipping, receiving, etc.).
