• Process member transactions efficiently and accurately
• Provide timely and courteous service to all members
• Support the achievement of unit sales goals by identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by telephone, or by mail
• Resolve routine issues and direct complex issues to management
• Participate in employee development programs

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Minimum 18 months of banking teller experience or combination of 12 months Retail Banking Operations plus 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
• Thorough knowledge of basic and complex teller transactions including relevant regulations and compliance activities
• Working knowledge of credit union products and services, documents, reports, policies and procedures
• Experience using the Microsoft suite of office products
• Experience using the Symitar Data system or similar banking system
