• Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain smooth daily operations and a consistent customer experience.
• Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and elevate complex issues.

• Experience in customer-facing roles

• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls while maintaining accuracy and accountability
• Proven cash-handling experience
• Ability to recognize potential risk and appropriately elevate concerns
• Ability to identify referral and service opportunities and educate customers on digital banking tools
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skillsAbility to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
