Job summary

Arvest Bank in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Teller to process transactions, help customers with their banking needs, and cross-train to support other areas of the bank. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, bank, or other financial service provider experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achievement of branch sales goals by engaging customers in discovery conversations and referring to product specialists.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions.
• Accurately accept and process customer teller transactions in accordance with bank policies.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily settlements.
• Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, and BSA/AML program requirements.
