Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate product specialists.
• Contribute to branch sales goals through customer discovery and referrals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare settlements.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers as applicable.
• May open new accounts after training.
