• Performs general ledger reconciliations related to cash position and teller processing.
• Identifies fraudulent or unusual activity and reports per bank policy.
• Adheres to dual control when required by bank policy.
• Assists in projects as assigned by Branch or Senior management.
• Maintains high ethical and professional standards.
• Interacts with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Supports other departments as needed.
