We care about our employees’ well-being personally and professionally. **Key Accountabilities:*** This role is the “go to person” in the branch for the day to day successful operation of a branch when the Branch Manager is not present.* Conduct one-on-one employee meetings with assigned team members to provide coaching and feedback* Provide performance feedback to the manager on teller performance, begin performance review and performance improvement in the HR system and submit to manager.* Responsible to ensure there is adequate staff coverage to handle anticipated customer flow.* Ensure assigned team members resolve any compliance and operational issues. Identify and recommend any additional training opportunities.* Partner with branch manager to suggest and assist in facilitating branch meetings/huddles.* Partner with leadership to recognize individual/team success in addition to acting as a mentor to develop the teller team.* Effectively demonstrate and perform Teller duties as required to minimize the bank’s risk.* Demonstrate advanced knowledge of policies and procedures to be an operational resource for the team.
