Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and direct them to the right department. You may handle notary and DMV transactions where permitted, and provide administrative support in the manager's absence.
Responsibilities include assisting with travel arrangements, promoting memberships, processing payments, and handling daily cash and reporting while mentoring junior staff and supporting branch scheduling.
Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required. Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area. May provide notary and/or DMV license transactions and services. Resolves problems and assists with administrative functions in absence of manager. Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards.
