Job summary

Texas Bank and Trust is seeking a Branch Services Representative to support customers with deposits, withdrawals, and personalized financial guidance in a friendly branch setting. You will build relationships, assess customer needs, and guide them toward suitable solutions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

In this role you’ll collaborate across departments, stay up-to-date on bank products and services, and contribute to excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with some College experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing and solutions-based role.
• Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc.
• Basic computer and typing skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication.
• Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus, though not essential for the role.
• A service-oriented relationship builder with an efficient and precise work ethic.

• Foster customer loyalty through personalized needs assessment and continued service to guide customers toward their financial goals
