Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience with an emphasis in operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; successful experience managing and leading people.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch employees and daily operations to meet production and service goals.
• Oversee compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage branch budgeting, staffing, and employee development.
• Assist customers with account servicing, online banking, and complex issues.
• Ensure security procedures and cash handling controls are followed.
