Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and 8+ years’ experience in retail banking or related fields.
• Chinese language skill set highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of banking industry, processes, regulations, and products.
• Strong customer service, relationships building, sales and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead a group and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch service, sales and operations to meet branch goals.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; conduct evaluations.
• Lead sale and referrals of bank products and services.
• Resolve complex client issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Prepare for audits and coordinate with audit staff.
