Job summary

Clarke Power Services in Dayton, OH is seeking a Customer Service Manager to direct and lead the Dayton branch with a focus on safety and customer service. You will manage service and parts activities, guide a team of technicians, and ensure branch performance aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing P&L and branch financials.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a team.
• Strong customer and dealer relations skills.
• Forecasting and budgeting for service/parts operations.
• Inventory control and parts management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service & parts activities at the branch.
• Responsible for P&L and financials for branch.
• Manage hiring & branch personnel.
• Responsible for training and developing of team members through continual improvement.
• Handle Customer and Dealer relations, service contracts.
• Manage branch inventory control.
• Set yearly budget for branch operations & forecast service/parts sales for the branch.
• Continual monitoring and reporting of key branch performance measures.
• Utilize Management Tools (Seven Step, Nine Step, Language Processing, etc.).
• Responsible for sound business practices.
• Compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Facility Management, building and grounds.
• Propose capital expenditures.
