Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or comparable work experience.
• Three to five years heavy-duty truck service with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CDL required for the diesel service department.

Responsabilités

• Establishes strategic and operational goals for Branch service department.
• Manages department profit targets and ensures goals are met.
• Oversees hiring, training and performance of diesel technicians and warranty staff.
• Maintains facility, equipment and safety programs; coordinates vendor relations.
