Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Service Officer to lead branch operations and service teams in Dallas. The role focuses on executing strategic priorities, coaching a team of Support Professionals, and partnering with Market Sales and Risk to ensure compliant service delivery.

The individual will oversee onboarding, performance reviews, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with regional and home office groups to drive service initiatives and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Active industry licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 9/10, Series 66 or 63/65) as applicable.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience supervising and coaching Service Professionals or similar teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch teams to execute strategic priorities with focus on quality and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor Support and Service Professionals; promote training and development.
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires including Financial Advisors and team members.
• Manage relationships with Market, Region and Home Office partners; participate in meetings.
• Oversee interviewer processes, reviews, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency across the branch.
