The role combines security duties with back‑of‑house operations and store controls, including opening and closing procedures. The officer supports sales and service by fostering strong client interactions while enforcing security systems and incident management protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide a secure environment by deterring theft and responding to incidents and emergencies.
• Partner with senior security and store management to investigate and report missing assets and implement incident management procedures.
• Perform daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access monitoring, and required report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and operational tasks to support store performance.
• Act as a customer‑facing ambassador to deepen client relationships and support sales and service objectives.
