Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Sales and Service Representative for our branch team. You will process transactions and customer service requests while promoting bank capabilities, tools, and resources.

You will identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner, supporting the branch team’s sales efforts. Ideal candidates possess high school education or GED with at least 6 months in customer service, strong communication, and knowledge of retail banking products.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships and uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listen attentively to understand customer needs and take prompt actions to address them.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk in customer interactions and transactions.
• Support financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products among customers and team members.
