Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account issues.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints.
• Support branch sales/service activities through seminars and promotions.
• Adhere to controls to ensure safety of assets.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
