We are currently hiring a Branch Sales Professional (BSP). The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, and dedicated to success for both the company and our customers. We seek service-oriented individuals who can create tailored solutions and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Sell additional services and pest control protection through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits.
  2. Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations, and make proposals and presentations to secure sales contracts.
  3. Develop sales leads within the assigned territory and creatively generate additional sales opportunities.
  4. Prepare job specifications and treatment instructions according to laws, regulations, and company policies.
  5. Operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment, adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. At least 6 months of related sales or public dealing experience.
  3. Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet insurance standards.
  4. Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight spaces.
  5. Earn and maintain required pest control licenses (provided).
Pay and Benefits
  • Hourly pay of $16 plus commissions; most earn between $60,000-$90,000+.
  • Paid sick, vacation, and holidays.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work in environments exposed to pests, chemicals, and hazards. Safety gear is required. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for disabilities.
