Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Round Rock, TX.

The role focuses on selling pest control solutions, identifying customer needs, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. You will handle warm leads, cold calls, and on-site visits to residences and businesses, conduct inspections, and present tailored solutions to obtain contracts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl space and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $17.00 plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000 - $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
