Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is a Branch Sales Professional role based in Kailua, Hawaii. The position focuses on selling pest control solutions and related services to residences and businesses, identifying needs, and tailoring proposals.

You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, and present sales contracts while maintaining company vehicle standards and compliance with policy. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while generating additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while adhering to the Vehicle Policy.
