Qualifications

• Ability to travel to all Door to Door routes within the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts at the branch level.
• Collaborate on marketing programs to drive profit growth and market expansion.
• Generate sales leads and support closing of sales.
• Address customer complaints and manage renewal requests to retain customers.
• Organize ongoing training for sales personnel on service and safety.
• Establish work procedures, schedules, and monitor weekly sales performance.
• Develop and maintain performance standards and corrective strategies.
• Lead recruiting and staffing of 10+ peak reps and evaluate staff performance.
