Job summary

Telhio Credit Union seeks a Branch Relationship Manager to lead a Retail location, drive branch performance, and deepen member relationships. You will hire, coach, and coach staff to deliver service excellence and sales outcomes while partnering with business banking to grow local small-business activity.

The role emphasizes community involvement, leadership development, and alignment with Telhio's values of caring, commitment, and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leadership experience required.
• 6-8 years Retail Banking experience required.
• Notary License required upon hire.
• NMLS Designation required upon hire.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of financial products and banking regulations.
• Must pass a background check including credit, drug screen and bonding.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and manage branch financial performance.
• Direct, manage and develop tellers, relationship bankers and staff through coaching and training.
• Inspire team to achieve performance excellence and strong member relationships.
• Recruit, retain and hire talent based on business needs.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Partner with Business Banking to build relationships with small businesses in the market.
