Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Branch Recruiter to source and recruit for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for diverse clients. You will coach candidates, screen applicants, and guide clients through hiring processes while delivering strong service.

Collaborate with clients to define needs, conduct targeted searches, and support candidates with resume and interview preparation in a professional, timely manner.

• Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco tools, analyzes results, and modifies as needed to meet needs inventory.
• Acts as a team lead or escalation point of contact in the absence of management.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service.
• Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalates further as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.

Job description

The Branch Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders for a variety of moderately complex and specialized clients - partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.

Responsibilities for the Branch Recruiter role include:

• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.

• Assist with identifying, sourcing, and screening top-quality candidates for open opportunities within the client program, as needed.

• Attend to all candidates that contact the Branch, whether in person or online, ensuring that all candidates are provided with correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training and development programs clearly and professionally.

• Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory.

• Acts as a team lead or an escalation point of contact in the absence of management.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

• Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service

• Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalates further as necessary.

• Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
