Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to CrossCountry Mortgage customers.
• Cover the front desk reception area and ensure coverage for absences.
• Answer and route incoming calls, maintain contact directories.
• Maintain calendars for Conference, Training, and Meeting rooms.
• Sort and deliver company mail and sign for overnight packages.
• Create shipping labels for outgoing packages as needed and assist with lunches for meetings.
• Provide management with administrative support across projects while handling confidential requests.
• Order office supplies and stock inventory weekly; assist with inquiries and foster relationships.
