• Ability to balance Compliance, Legal, and Associate Relations decisions.
• Understanding of Edward Jones FA performance expectations and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to complex incoming real estate requests from Financial Advisors and Leaders (US and Canada).
• Partner with Market Leaders and Branch Teams to support real estate initiatives.
• Guide and support Branch Real Estate Consultants on difficult cases and supervise contract associates.
• Document real estate issues and collaborate across departments to resolve them.
• Communicate firm real estate policies, guidelines, and P&L impacts clearly.
• Provide oversight of workflow processes to ensure accuracy and client service.
