The Project Management Lead - Branch Network Real Estate at Citi is a hybrid, full-time role based in Fountain Valley, CA or San Francisco, CA. You will support execution of branch projects, collaborate with Market Planners and Senior Project Managers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

With 6–10+ years in project management, you will guide scope, manage risks, present to executives, and maintain branch appearance standards.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years total experience with 3+ years in planning and project management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to present to executives and influence outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of all branch projects (refresh, renovations, relocations, de novo builds).
• Collaborate with Market Planners and Senior Project Managers to assess new branch sites (De Novo and Relocation).
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Real Estate Services (RES) to identify branch project scope.
• Ensure timely execution of all branch projects with minimal changes to original scope.
• Monitor all phases of refresh, renovation, relocation and de novo projects; proactively identify risks and escalate issues impacting delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for branch personnel during refresh, renovation, relocation, de novo and branch appearance projects.
• Execution of branch appearance programs; influence branch personnel to adhere to standards.
