Timpte, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Branch Parts & Service Manager to lead the Customer Service Center and oversee aftermarket operations. You will direct staff, drive sales targets, and ensure safe, compliant CSC operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of managerial experience in a related industry, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 3-5 years of managerial experience in a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions and daily staff.
• Drive Parts & Service sales targets, margins, expenses, and net income.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and resolve elevated issues.
