Alabama Credit Union in West Alabama is seeking a Branch Operations Support Professional to assist branch staff with ACU policies, procedures, and applications including new accounts, branch cash machines, and e-services. You will respond promptly and courteously to resolve issues under Branch Operating Standards.

The role requires at least two years of ACU experience, strong knowledge of e-services and branch operations, and familiarity with governmental regulations for financial institutions.

• Notary and Medallion rules and regulations.
• Ongoing education for self and others.

Responsabilités

• Handle phone, email, IM, and help desk tickets for inquiries.
• Support information prep and maintain internal knowledge base.
• Coordinate with support departments for problem resolution.
• Assist with reporting for training and development.
• Complete back-office deposit account reports as assigned.

Description

The Branch Operations Support Professional will provide high-quality service by responding to ACU branch and operations team members seeking answers to questions about ACU policies, procedures as well as various applications including (but not limited to) branch systems including new accounts, branch related cash machines, and all e-services. Responds promptly and courteously with the intent to reconcile all problems in accordance with the Branch Operating Standards.

Required two plus years of Credit Union experience in branch operations. Preferred experience with Corelation system.

This position exists to provide high-quality service by responding to ACU branch and operations team members seeking answers about ACU policies, procedures as well as various applications including (but not limited to) branch systems including new accounts, branch related cash machines, and all e-services. The Branch Operations Professional responds promptly and courteously with intent to reconcile all problems in accordance with the Branch Operating Standards. This position is available in West Alabama.

Duties include:

• phone, email, IM, and help desk tickets
• Assist with information preparation, review and implementation for internal knowledge base
• Interfacing with support departments to provide problem resolution for team members
• Assisting with creation and analysis of reports to help with training and development of team members
• Completing back-office reports related to deposit accounts, such as override, dormant/inactive, escheatment and other reports as assigned by manager
• ITM Interactive state-wide response and review
• Online Account application reviews

Minimum qualifications include:

• At least two years of ACU experience, preferably in a position involving branch and/or Member Care Department
• Superior knowledge of ACU e-services and all branch cash machine operations
• Understanding of governmental regulations for financial institutions
• Expert knowledge of products offered by Alabama Credit Union
• Understanding of the latest and most efficient process provided by vendors
• Notary and Medallion rules and regulations
• Ongoing education for self and others
• Must have manager recommendation for position
