Motion & Flow Control Products is seeking a Branch Operations teammate in West Sacramento to deliver friendly counter and phone service while handling warehouse and light production tasks in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will process orders, stock inventory, build hose assemblies, package shipments, and coordinate pickups and deliveries. A high school diploma is required; Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; education/experience may be substituted.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for diverse customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook); ERP experience helpful.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable on-site attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service; address inquiries and orders.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders; maintain documentation and item locations.
• Receive, stock, and verify incoming products; move stock to proper locations.
• Pull, pick, allocate, and ship orders; operate RF scanner as required.
• Build hose assemblies and perform quality checks; assist testing/finishing.
• Package and ship orders; coordinate pickups/deliveries and handle invoicing as needed.
