Job summary

The role requires SIE and Series 99 within 9 months, brokerage ops experience, and strong communication along with solid Microsoft Office skills. On-site work at the Jericho office is expected.

Qualifications

• FINRA Registration required (SIE & Series 99 within 9 months).
• Brokerage operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day operations to ensure operational excellence.
• Support client onboarding process.
• Maintain and process documents.
• Assist with audit preparations.
• Communicate effectively with home office personnel.
• Interact and support branch staff and management at all levels.
• Handle routine/sensitive matters as needed.
• Ensure documents are sent to home office in a timely manner.
• Cross-train within other positions in Operations.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as required.
