Job summary

Arbor Masters is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch safety, profitability and operations. You will lead personnel, budgets, marketing plans and scheduling with the project team to ensure high standards of service.

The role requires leadership experience, ISA Arborist certification preferred, and strong communication. A comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years industry experience and minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred.
• Knowledge of tree care, hazard assessment and regional plant care practices preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, ambitious and a good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Directing, coordinating, and overseeing activities of branch personnel and equipment productivity
• Creating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans for all branch operations
• Communicating production goals and conducting performance reviews with field team members
• Executing, evaluating budgets and plans for branch operations
• Collaborating with project coordinator to schedule work and review completed work
• Ensuring crews complete all assigned work and are informed of changes
• Implementing career and training paths with incentive programs for field teams
• Leading weekly safety meetings and reporting to Safety Director
• Providing same day estimates to customers
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment with clean appearance and up-to-date paperwork
• Making prospect calls and cross-selling to gain quality leads
• Reporting directly to the President and Leadership Team

$70K - 90K plus up to 20k in bonus

We are growing and looking to add a Branch Manager to our team of experts. The Branch Manager is responsible for the success of the branch in the areas of safety, profitability, and general operations.

As a Branch Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Directing, coordinating, and overseeing activities of branch personnel and equipment productivity
• Creating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans for all branch operations
• Communicating production goals and conduct performance reviews with field team members
• Executing, evaluating, and updating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans
• Collaborating with project coordinator to schedule work and review completed work
• Ensuring crews are completing all assigned work properly and have been informed of any new changes
• Working with leadership team to implement career and training path, including skills tests, along with incentive programs for field team members
• Ensuring weekly safety meetings are held and sign in sheet is sent to Safety Director
• Providing same day estimates to customers
• Ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained with a clean appearance and ensuring all required paperwork in vehicles is up to date and any outages are reported
• Making prospect calls, following up with referrals and cross‑selling to gain quality leads
• Reporting directly to the President and the Leadership Team

Requirements:

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude!
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred
• 3 years industry experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of tree care, hazard, tree evaluation, regional plant and horticulture, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices preferred
• Must be self‑motivated, ambitious and a good communicator
• Must possess effective leadership, organization, and management skills
