Job summary

QXO is seeking a candidate for an operations-centric role with a clear path to management. You will undergo comprehensive training across Production, Sales Operations and related areas in insulation and building materials.

Willingness to travel and relocate for permanent assignments is required. The ideal candidate should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree or have 2+ years of construction management or distribution services

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a Company Vehicle.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience for promotion to a management position under experienced professionals.
• Training across departments such as Production and Sales Operations related to insulation business.
• Open to learning, taking on responsibilities, and relocation for permanent assignments.
