Job summary

Satellite Shelters, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager based in Florida to lead yard operations, safety, and technology enhancements.

You will supervise drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams, drive efficiency, and control budgets while partnering with field and Plymouth teams to implement new tech solutions. The role requires a BS/BA with 3–5 years in safety and operations management, CRM experience, and strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field; 3-5 years safety and operations management experience.
• Previous supervisory experience as a fleet manager or in a service/rental/construction-based environment.
• Experience working with CRM and operations programs.
• Experience working in a customer service-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of yard supervisors, workers and drivers.
• Delegate duties such as material stock, yard upkeep and cleanliness.
• Coordinate scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and multi-sectional setups.
• Ensure standards for cleaning, repair, and refurbishment of units follow policy.
• Manage purchasing and expenses for yard and equipment; supervise vendors/contractors.
