Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Maintain communication among staff and provide support, guidance, and training to staff.
• Assisting customers with banking needs including running teller transactions when needed, opening accounts, providing file maintenance, closing accounts, issuing negotiable instruments, and balancing cash and transactions.
• Participating in Saturday teller rotation.
• Evaluating staff on job performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
