Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead and train a team across multiple branches and to coordinate field operations. The role emphasizes a strong customer service ethic, reliability, and a commitment to a positive workplace culture.

You will oversee scheduling, billing, and service coordination while maintaining high service standards. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary, health/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent (required).
• College degree (preferred, but not required).
• At least two to five years of customer service experience; proficiency with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches.
• Manage 3-15 Customer Service Representatives.
• Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians.
• Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers.
• Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned.

Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. As a Branch Office Manager, you will be managing a team while coordinating operation efforts with our servicing technicians and providing customer service to our current and prospective customers over the phone.
