Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, service, or branch management with P&L or budget responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors, office staff, and technicians.
• Record of meeting sales, margin, and cost goals including AR management.
• Experience in sales and business development, landing commercial accounts and service contracts.
• Strong field-service operations knowledge: dispatch, routing, parts control, and warranty handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L, including pricing decisions and budget oversight.
• Lead daily field-service operations, scheduling, dispatch, and routing.
• Grow commercial business and manage preventive-maintenance contracts.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and retain staff; drive performance and safety.
• Maintain vendor relations, inventory control, and warranty handling.
• Monitor performance metrics and report variances to VP of Operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and HR policies.
