Arise Financial in Hanover, MA is seeking a Member Experience Assistant Manager to help lead daily branch operations, deliver exceptional service to members, and support the development of a high-performing team under the Branch Manager.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, two years in financial services, some supervisory experience, and a strong ability to coach, sell, and build relationships while ensuring compliance and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in financial services or banking.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with ability to identify member needs and recommend financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day branch operations while delivering exceptional member service.
• Assume Branch Manager responsibilities during absences or other commitments.
• Coach, train, and develop branch team members with ongoing feedback.
• Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and salary recommendations.
• Process member transactions, audits, and cash handling with accuracy and compliance.
• Support branch coverage at other locations and weekend shifts as needed.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs and drive sales.
