Family Resource Home Care in Bend, OR is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local office. You will supervise staff, manage client assessments, and ensure smooth operations in a 24/7 environment with occasional visits to client homes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a healthcare-related field or at least 2 years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, providing training and support.
• Act as main point of contact for HQ communications including billing and payroll audits.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform client assessments, intakes, care planning, and supervision.
• Assist staffing supervisors with scheduling caregivers.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure thorough documentation.
• Promote satisfaction among clients and employees.
• Resolve concerns with office staff regarding escalated issues.
• Align marketing efforts with branch capacity and goals.
