Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in a distribution/warehouse environment with strong customer service.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Knowledge of business principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations: customer transactions, warehouse management, inventory, delivery, and financial transactions.
• Ensure branch operates to highest standards and meets key performance metrics.
• Provide input on annual budget and manage monthly profit and loss (P&L).
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams to support customers and business.
• Promote a safe, compliant, hazard-free work environment and train employees accordingly.
• Guarantee top-tier customer service in every transaction and maintain customer relationships.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with core values.
• Set expectations and provide coaching, development, and feedback.
• Promote training and professional growth opportunities for team members.
