Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a General Manager to provide overall direction for the Georgia branch, drive sales, manage P&L and budget, and lead a diverse team across operations. The role requires building strategic plans, directing projects, and ensuring compliant, cost-efficient operations.

The position emphasizes growth, governance and process improvements while maintaining strong customer service and collaboration with corporate operations. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of management experience in a diverse operation.
• Experience in AV or construction industry a plus.
• Six Sigma or process improvement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance and support to branch personnel including work allocation, training, promotion and enforcement of procedures.
• Manage daily financial activities of the branch including budget preparation and control, purchasing, and business planning.
• Drive branch sales, productivity and cost containment activities.
• Develop and manage branch operations based on P&L and budget.
• Manage branch inventory and asset control.
• Monitor key metrics and guide department managers to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state and federal laws.
