Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead grounds maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation operations. You will drive customer experience, safety, quality, and financial targets while developing employees and subcontractors and collaborating with Client Managers.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management, with a focus on training, safety, and process optimization to deliver reliable services for our client properties.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• At least 5 - 10 years of experience leading multiple landscape operations.
• Experience effectively managing others.
• Proficiency in Aspire a plus.
• Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel).
• Ability to organize and schedule multiple projects.
• Able to operate at a high level of accountability and responsibility for all activities and activities of the team.
• Established the ability to effectively communicate and build successful relationships at multiple levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organization skills.
• Able to work independently and have exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to identify gaps and optimize processes.
• Ability to manage jobs and achieve budgeted margins.
• Ability to develop and maintain Vendor & Sub-contractor relationships.
• Valid driver’s license with an adequate driving record.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement future goals and processes for grounds maintenance and seasonal services.
• Drive a culture of product delivery and continual improvement of the customer experience.
• Ensure effective communication protocols between all parties responsible for quality standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams, optimizing processes.
• Resolve property issues and keep Client Managers informed at each stage.
• Coordinate billing, accounts payable, payroll, and subcontractor contracts/payments with Administration.
• Ensure branch safety through training, daily safety meetings, and PPE management.
• Train crews and analyze production standards, sharing best practices.
• Evaluate equipment and material use; participate in estimating for services.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to meet branch goals.
• Manage team performance by roles and goals.
