Santander Holdings USA Inc Careers in the Mt. Lebanon area is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee Lebanon Plaza and Hershey Cocoa branches, ensuring secure, efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage risk controls, cash handling, lobby management, coaching, teller support, and use data-driven insights to boost performance while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years branch banking or related operations experience required.
• 18+ months cash handling and 18+ months customer service in high volume environments.
• Proficiency with cash handling, audit logs, and digital tools.
• Strong communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of policy, compliance, risk management and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining accuracy.
• Oversee risk controls, vault and ATM custodianship to safeguard assets.
• Deliver elevated customer experiences through proactive lobby management.
• Support teller line and coach staff for efficient transactions.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Use data-driven insights to improve branch performance and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and cross-sell opportunities.
• Extend responsibilities to nearby branches as needed.
