Job summary

Alma Bank in Queens is seeking an experienced Branch Operation Supervisor to oversee the Ditmars Branch operations and work with the Branch Manager to implement bank policies and deliver efficient customer service.

You will assign duties, train staff, supervise cash handling, monitor security and risk, and help achieve branch goals in a collaborative, open environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or related experience.
• Experience and training in banking procedures and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff and ensure secure, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties and work schedules to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Train employees in customer service and banking procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operation and cash handling.
• Monitor security procedures and risk across transactions.
• Communicate with customers to resolve account issues.
• Assist in opening new accounts during peak periods.
• Ensure completion of daily tasks and branch goals.
