Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of operations or sales experience.
Minimum 2 years in a management role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
P&L experience preferred; able to manage branch profitability.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily branch operations and establish consistent processes.
Monitor branch financial performance and profitability.
Ensure inventory is received, stored, and delivered to minimize loss.
Address quality or specification issues from employees or customers.
Develop new customers or expand product line penetration to existing customers.
Promote customer-focused service for internal and external customers.
Provide ongoing training and coaching for branch staff.
