Job summary

Integrated Protection Services is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Lexington, KY to lead daily branch operations, coordinate technician scheduling, and manage budgeting and reporting.

You will oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory, billing support, and timecard approvals, while ensuring safe and profitable operations across the branch. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in branch operations, service coordination, construction administration, warehouse operations, or related environment.
• Experience coordinating or directing daily work of technicians, field employees, or service personnel preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling, timecard review, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, billing support, budgeting, and WIP reporting.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem‑solving, and follow‑through skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with field employees, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn IPS systems.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record and ability to meet IPS vehicle‑policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with branch reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and expense tracking by providing operational information.
• Review and process branch bills, invoices, receipts, and paperwork.
• Receive purchase orders, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized branch records including service documentation and purchasing records.
• Coordinate scheduling and service calls; provide day‑to‑day direction to technicians.
• Support safe, efficient, and profitable branch operations.
• Escalate significant concerns to the Regional Vice President.
• Ensure after‑hours, emergency, and unscheduled service needs are handled per procedures.
