Job summary

Regent Bank seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at its market location in Frisco, TX. You will hire and train staff, drive customer relationships, and lead efforts to achieve financial targets. The role requires supervising the Client Services team and ensuring compliance across daily activities.

You will build strong community ties, coach for cross-selling, and manage loan applications and closings when needed. Strong communication and office software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 3–5 years Teller/Client Services experience required
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Oversee market operations and profitability with leadership.
• Supervise Assistant Branch Manager and Client Services staff.
• Manage daily operations including customer service and finance tasks.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the market in the community.
• Coach staff on cross-selling bank products and services.
• Ensure security policy compliance and daily closing procedures.
• Maintain internal controls, logs, and procedures.
• Process client services tasks and handle account openings.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate closings.
