Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a results‑driven operations leader to oversee a team of representatives supporting customer accounts. You will drive performance with senior leadership, align with regulatory requirements, and mentor staff to achieve service goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and continuous training in customer service, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management within the consumer lending space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in consumer lending or financial services, including leadership of daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending, servicing operations, regulatory requirements, and fair lending practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage daily workload, including document collection, auditing accounts, and coaching.
• Achieve department KPIs, analyze portfolios, and communicate results.
• Take over calls to resolve issues and handle escalations to satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
