Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in a floorcovering branch to partner with the Branch Manager in planning and executing strategies across operations, customer service, marketing, and inventory.

You will supervise staff, drive sales leads from customer contacts, and ensure compliance with safety and policies. The role includes a 44-hour work week with possible evenings/weekends, eligibility for bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSAs,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products to make effective recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Keep store visually merchandised and manage promotions.
• Assist in training, development, and performance feedback for staff.
• Address customer and employee complaints and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on outside sales calls to grow market share.
