Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Action-oriented contributor with plans that advance business success in key areas.
• Comfortable working with diverse people and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with order entry, data research, and computer skills to support customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of truck routing protocols and shipping of hazardous materials; understanding of DOT and FDA requirements.
• Understanding of products, services, and related technologies; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in coordinating route drivers and customer deliveries.
• Support safety management, sales activity, staff development, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA, FDA, EPA, DOT compliance and SOP adherence at the facility.
• Guide branch personnel when Branch Manager is off-site, including Counter Sales and admin.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance coaching to promote team growth.
• Support accurate sales paperwork, inventory control, and branch shipments.
