Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply in Austin seeks an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and drive sales and service excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, customer-focused execution, and effective daily task management in a busy agronomic and landscaping environment.

You will assist the Branch Manager, participate in business development, and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace while aligning with company policies and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership background and customer service mindset.
• Experience supervising branch operations preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with all branch operations, sales and service.
• Oversee daily tasks: order entry, phone calls, purchasing and deliveries.
• Support promotion and advertising initiatives as directed.
• Maintain safe, clean and orderly branch environment.
• Drive customer service excellence and market growth.
• Stay informed on new products and changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
